The image below shows you where to find this section when logged into the admin version of our software. Just click on Fixtures > Generate Fixtures.

    How to create fixtures

Use this section to define how your league runs on matchdays. Input the settings that best match your pitch availability and scheduling needs:
    1. Teams allowed per matchday: Enter how many teams can play on each matchday. This is useful if pitch space is limited. For example, if your league has 10 teams and enough pitches, enter 10. Tick Allow teams to play multiple matches a day if you want to give teams the option to play more than once per day.
    2. Matchday start and end time: Set the earliest time matches can begin and the latest time a match can start.
    3. Match duration: Input the total time a match takes, including breaks. For example, two 25-minute halves with a 10-minute halftime would be a 1-hour match.
    4. Operating days: Select the days of the week when you want matches to be scheduled - choose one or multiple days.
    5. Time between matches: Set how much time to allow between games. You can leave this as 0 for back-to-back matches, or add a gap (e.g. 5–15 mins) to allow teams to exit, warm up, or get set.
    6. Number of roundsDefine how many times each team plays one another during the season. For example, if they play home and away, enter 2 rounds.

    Leagues and dates

Once your matchday settings are complete, follow these steps to map and generate your fixtures:

    1. Map to League, Division(s), and Season: Use the dropdown boxes to select the correct League, Division(s), and Season that these fixtures will belong to.
    2. Add Exclusion Dates: If there are dates during the season when matches shouldn’t be scheduled—such as Christmas, Easter, or bank holidays—you can add these as Exclusion Dates to avoid generating fixtures on those days.

Generate or Save as TemplateWhen you're ready, click Generate to create your fixtures. If you want to reuse these settings? Give your setup a title and click Save Inputs as Template to store it for future use.

Just scroll down to view your generated matchdays and fixtures. You can edit any fixture if needed - change times, swap teams, or adjust match details. Once you're happy with everything, click Save. This will save all fixtures to the platform and automatically send out email notifications to the relevant teams and players.
