5. How do I setup a season?


Setting up your first season is quick and easy, and once it's done, it's saved for future use, helping you save time.

Before setting up a season, please ensure you have completed the following steps below;
  1. Update Organisation Details
  2. Add Your First Venue
  3. Create Your First League

Where can I find seasons?

The image below shows you where to find this section when logged into the admin version of our software. Just click on League Setup > Season.

How to create a new season

Once in the Season section just click the Create Season button in the top right corner. Here you can choose to setup;

Basic Information

Name: Type in the name you would like to call your season.
Start/End Date: The dates your season will run from and until
League: Choose what league you would like the season to be associated with.
Sport: This is greyed out as it inherits this from the league.
Season Information: Enter any extra information you would like to record about your season.

Payment Information

Payment Method: You can choose how to charge players or teams from Per Season, Per Game, Both.
Allow Half Season Payment: Allow teams to spread the cost of season payments by paying half now and the rest half way through the season.

Once you have created your season, just assign the division that you created in the last step
