4. How do I setup a division?
Setting up your first division is quick and easy, and once it's done, it's saved for future use, helping you save time.
Before setting up a division, please ensure you have completed the following steps below;
Where can I find divisions?
The image below shows you where to find this section when logged into the admin version of our software. Just click on League Setup > Division.
How to create a new division
Once in the Division section just click the Create Division button in the top right corner. Here you can choose to setup;
Basic Information
Division Name: Type in the name you would like to call your division.Sort Order: This helps to sort the divisions in the list. Number 1 will show first in the list.League: Choose what league you would like the division to be associated with.Sport: Type in the name of the sport the division plays.
Age Group and Additional Information
Min/Max Age: You can choose the minimum and maximum ages allowed to play in the division.Division Information: Enter any extra information you would like to record about your divison.
Add playing areas
In this section you can choose a venue and then select a playing area where the division will play. If you haven't set this up, please navigate to League Setup > Venue and add or edit a venue.
This is an important step, if you don't add a venue and associate a pitch you will not be able to generate fixtures
