1. Update key league settings
If you’re just looking to generate fixtures quickly, all you need to do is select the sport your organisation plays and update a few financial settings, we’ll guide you through those below.
This page is designed specifically for fast setup, so you can get your fixtures up and running without needing to configure everything else right away. Update the sport your organisation plays
The image below shows you where to find this section when logged into the admin version of our software. Just click on Organisation > Details.

Basic Information and Organisational Settings
Use the Edit Details button in the top right to edit any of the information in the top two boxes, once complete, click Save to apply the changes.

- Choose the sport that your organisation plays, input the team size and then click Add Sport.
- Which payment types you accept such as Card, Cheque, BACS etc.
Update the due dates
Now we need to check a few settings for payments, you can skip this step if you are not taking payments from players or teams. Click on Organisation > Setting.
Scroll to the Overdue Settings section. Here you can choose when the overdue payment will be enforced e.g. in this image, a payment will show as overdue 1 day before the season starts. You can change the number of days, make it show overdue before or after and also choose if it relates to a season payment or fixture payment. This is the setting you choose when setting up your seasons. (If a team/player pays for a season upfront or pays per fixture each week)
Once you have configured the settings you need, the next step it to create a venue. Click on the option below to get started!
