How Do I Update My Organisation Details?


The Details page allows you to manage and update key information about your organisation, including sports played, contact details, and address information. This section is crucial for maintaining accurate public-facing information, as updates made here will automatically reflect on the player portal, providing players with essential contact details. Ensuring this information is correct is important, as it plays a key role in how players communicate with your organisation.

Where Can I Find Organisation Details?

The image below shows you where to find this section when logged into the admin version of our software. Just click on Organisation > Details.

Options In The Organisation Details

Basic Information and Organisational Settings

Use the Edit Details button in the top right to edit any of the information in the top two boxes, once complete, click Save to apply the changes.

Basic Information
  1. Your organisations name, email, number, and any additional information needed.
  2. Your can upload your logo by clicking Upload on the left.
  3. Player URL is where where players will login.
  4. Match the primary and secondary colours to match your branding (This will change what the player portal looks like).
Organisational Settings
  1. Choose the sport that your organisation plays, input the team size and then click Add Sport.
  2. Which payment types you accept such as Card, Cheque, BACS etc.

Address Information

To add your organisations address, use the ‘add details’ button in the address information box.

URL's For People In Your Organisation

You can find and copy your clipboard URLs for the following;
  1. Admin URL: This is for anyone who has administrator level access.
  2. Players Application URL: All players can use this URL to login and access their player and team information.
  3. User Registration URL: This is where a new player can sign up to join your league
  4. Team Registration URL: This is where a new team can sign up to join your league

Subscription Billing Information

This section shows wat subscription you are on with the fee and estimated cost to run your league. It also shows your card information and next billing date.

Payment Config

To set this up, click Setup and enter the owner name, owner email, account type and country
