Setting up your first venue is quick and easy, and once it's done, it's saved for future use, helping you save time.
Where is the option to add or manage venues?
The image below shows you where to find this section when logged into the admin version of our software. Just click on League Setup > Venue
How can I create a new venue?
Once in the Venue section click on the button in the top right
Venue options
You will now see all the options you can enter to create your new venue, they include;
Name: This is the name of the venue
Venue Type: You can choose a remote (this doesn't require you to add an address), in-person or not set.
Sports Hosted: Choose a sport and team size that you created in League
Address: Enter the full address of the venue in the relevant boxes.
Managing venues
Once you have created the venues you need for your league you can manage them in League Setup > Venue. To edit a venue, click on the eye icon. To remove a venue, click on the bin icon.
This is the information you added in the previous step about the venues name, type and location. To edit this just click Edit Details in the top right of the screen.
Here you can add information about each playing area that the venue has. To add a new playing area just click the Add Playing Area button.

This is an important step. After you create a division you need to assign pitches to it, this enables you to generate fixtures when you are ready.
You will then be able to enter the following options;
Sports Hosted: Choose a sport and team size that you created in League
Name: This is the name of the playing area.
Pitch Location: Choose from indoor or outdoor.
Pitch Type: Choose from fake grass, real grass or hard court.
Price: Enter the price for the playing area.
Pitch Status: Choose if the playing area is currently active or inactive.
Sort Order: This helps to sort the playing areas in the list. Number 1 will show first in the list.
In this section you can add any contact information for people that you speak to at the venue. To add a new contact just click the Add Venue Contacts button. You will then be able to enter the following options; First Name, Last Name, Email, Contact Number, Role (Admin, Manager, Care Taker, Booking Manager, Other)
Notes
Here you can add any information or notes about the venue. To add a note just click the Add Notes button. Once added you can then click the pencil icon to edit the note, or the bin to delete it. You can only have one note per venue.
Leagues
Here you can see what leagues this venue is associated to. To assign a venue to a league you need to go to League Setup > League and then edit the league you would like to add a venue to.

Once you have setup the venue you need, the next step it to create a league. Click on the option below to get started!
