Coordinators - Updating Scores

As a league coordinator, keeping match information up-to-date is an important part of ensuring smooth operations. This guide will walk you through the process of updating match scores, adding key details like player performance and fair play, and submitting important notes for administrators.

To update a match score, the easiest way is through the home screen. Fixtures for the current day are displayed in the centre, with previous day's fixtures on the left and the next day's fixtures on the right. You can quickly navigate to the desired date using the dropdown menu or by clicking the 'Previous' and 'Next' buttons.



Editing Match Information

To update match details, simply click the 'Edit' button next to the match you want to update. You’ll be able to edit the following fields:

  • Match Official – Your name should already be pre-filled. If it’s not, be sure to add it, as this links to payment processing.
  • Score – Enter the scores for each team.
  • Player of the Match – If your league uses this feature, you can select the player of the match from the dropdown menu. If this option isn’t enabled, it won’t appear.
  • Fair Play Team – For leagues that use this feature, you can select the fair play team from the dropdown menu. If this option isn’t enabled, it won’t appear.
  • Notes – Add any important notes about the match that the league administrator may need to review.
Once you’ve entered all the necessary information for the matches you were involved in, don’t forget to click the green 'Save' button at the bottom of the page to save your updates.
