How to complete your team sheet
With our Team Sheet Management feature, captains can easily confirm their team sheet before each match. Select which players are playing, substitutes, or not available, making team selection simple while ensuring all players stay informed.
Updating your team sheet
To do this, navigate to the Fixtures screen and scroll down to the fixtures table. Locate the match you need to update, then click the Options button followed by the Players button to manage your team selection.
You can now view your full team and assign each player a status: Playing, Substitute, or Not Available. If your league operates on a pay-per-match basis, selecting Playing or Substitute will ensure the player is charged for the game. If a player isn't taking part, simply choose Not Available to prevent them from being charged.
Searching for new players
With the Player Search feature, you can easily find and add extra players to your team for a match. Simply use the search function to look up players by name or email address and invite them to join your squad for the game.
To add a player to your team for this match, simply update their playing status to either Playing or Substitute and click Assign. You can then search for another player and follow the same process. Once finished, click the save button at the bottom, this will save all the team sheet changes.
Confirming your finalised team sheet
Some leagues require captains to finalise their team sheets to confirm player numbers and ensure accurate charges. Once you've completed your team sheet, simply click the Create Charge button. This notifies the league that your team sheet is finalised, allowing the system to charge or not charge players based on their membership type. This is why it's crucial to select the right playing status for each player in the previous step.
Note: The Create Charge button will only appear once the league has verified that the match has taken place. Captains will receive an email notification when it's time to confirm the team sheet and finalise player charges.
Checking Player Charges
Once you’ve clicked Create Charges, go back to Options and select the Players button. Here, you’ll see the updated charges per player based on their membership type. If a player’s membership covers the game, their charge will be displayed as £0.
